Guidance Lesson for Wednesday, September 30

Please watch the video and take notes on the sheet provided.  This will help you to remember the important ideas of the video. If you need to pause the video while you take notes, you can. Then, if there's time, Mrs. Kuzniar would like you to draw an ad for your favorite method of calming down.  It can include a picture of how to do it, written instructions for how to do it, and should include information that you heard in the video. Please use computer paper for your ad. The paper is up on my stool. You may also refer back to the video if needed while creating your ad.
