Guidance Lesson for Wednesday, September 30
Please watch the video and take notes on the sheet provided. This will help you to remember the important ideas of the video. If you need to pause the video while you take notes, you can. Then, if there's time, Mrs. Kuzniar would like you to draw an ad for your favorite method of calming down.
